Sarah cooks a batch of delicious Blonde Brownies.

2/3 cup butter (melted)
2 cups brown sugar (packed) 2 large eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, add butter and sugar. Mix well. Beat eggs
Add to bowl. Stir well.
Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt
Add flour mixture to bowl. Fold until well combined. Add vanilla. Fold in.
Add nuts. Fold in.
Spread in a lightly greased and floured 13×9 pan Sprinkle chips on top of batter
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Cover when taking out of oven
