Sarah’s first cooking video on her channel. This is an easy and delicious meal!

Remember: crushed crackers!

Two cups or more of cooked chicken.
One 10 ½ ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup.
One cup of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
One stick or half a cup of melted unsalted butter.
One package of saltine crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Put the soup in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sour cream and stir lightly.
Mix in the chicken.
Spray your casserole dish lightly with cooking spray.
Put the mix into the casserole dish and spread evenly.
Put the crackers into a medium mixing bowl and add half the melted butter.
Mix well, add the rest of the butter, and mix until coated.
Spread the buttered crackers evenly on top of the casserole mix.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Let it sit for about ten minutes before serving.

The rotisserie is the best!
